Frequently Asked Questions Q. How often do you have these Expos? We hold our vendor expos four times each year. Q. How many vendors participate in each expo? Typically we have 40 to 60 vendors from all different types of businesses. Q. How do you attract customers to the expos? We advertise on VegasParent.com and in several local Moms groups publications. Our vendors advertise the event to all of their customers (we provide the flyer in PDF format). Plus our location (Durango Hills YMCA) attracts a great deal of walk-in traffic. Q. How much does it cost to attend? Admission is FREE. Q. What is the cost to participate as a vendor? Seventy dollars ($70.00) which covers your booth, event advertising and our expo program. Q. How do I become a Vendor for the next Expo? Contact Tina@ShoppingExpos.com to request a contract. She will contact you as space becomes available. Although we do allow similar product lines to be represented, Only One Vendor per “Major, main, corporate” company (i.e. Avon, Creative Memories, Cookie Lee) will be allowed. Companies that have more than one (1) representative in our database will be contacted on a first come, first serve basis. In the event of a vendor waiting list, priority will be given to product lines and services that are different from those already represented. |
